Miss Klose Chimichurri Mausteseos 200g

Miss Klose Chimichurri is a seasoning blend inspired directly by Argentinian grilling culture. Its fresh, herbal flavor works well with a wide range of ingredients, but it is especially a traditional and unbeatable choice for grilled beef. You can rub the seasoning blend directly onto the surface of the meat or sprinkle it over your chosen ingredient before cooking.

This seasoning is also very economical: the recommended amount is only about 10 grams per kilogram of raw ingredient. You can also use it to quickly make an authentic, classic chimichurri sauce: mix about 10 g of seasoning, 1 dl of olive oil, and 30–45 ml of lemon or lime juice, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
