Deliveries to Finland

Parcel to a PostNord service point / parcel locker – €5.90 (free for orders over €60)

Home delivery to your door (PostNord Home Parcel) – €12.90

We deliver our products using PostNord’s shipping services or directly from our warehouse. Shipping costs include packaging materials and handling. Since most sauces are in glass bottles, we carefully pack the products with cushioning. Whenever possible, we recycle packaging materials.

PostNord stores shipments at pickup points and parcel lockers for 7 days. After this period, uncollected parcels are returned to Soosikauppa at the sender’s expense. We reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs of any uncollected parcel.

Pick up your parcel from your nearest PostNord service point / parcel locker / parcel box / €5.90

If the order weighs over 30 kg including packaging, the products will be packed in multiple boxes.

PostNord has an extensive network of service points (over 1,900) covering all of Finland. Service points and parcel lockers are located at stores, R-kiosks, Tokmanni outlets, and Matkahuolto locations. You can choose your preferred pickup point or locker by entering the delivery area’s postal code in the pickup search field in the shopping cart.
The parcel will be delivered to the selected pickup point within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Parcels leave Soosikauppa no later than within two business days of placing the order.

You will receive a notification of your shipment via text message or email, after which the parcel can be picked up from the location specified in the arrival notice. If the parcel is in a parcel locker, the arrival notification will include a text message with a PIN code for the locker. You can collect the shipment with a valid ID or authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf. In that case, please complete a power of attorney form.

A Local Box is a PostNord parcel locker that operates exclusively via the mobile app and Bluetooth. You can pick up your parcel from a Local Box 24/7.

Convenient home delivery to your door with PostNord Home Parcel / €12.90

If the order weighs over 35 kg including packaging, the products will be packed in multiple boxes.

PostNord’s home delivery service delivers the parcel directly to your chosen address. Before delivery, PostNord sends an advance notice to arrange the delivery date and time window. The notice is sent via text message or email. The parcel is handed over against a signature. If the delivery is received by someone else on your behalf, a power of attorney is required. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the customer, it will be returned to the sender after 14 days.

Pickup from Nokia

When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email. However, the order will be ready no later than the next business day. If you need to pick it up quickly, please contact us in advance.

The pickup location is Veikon Kone Nokia, Välikatu 21, 37100 Nokia.

Pickup is available during the pickup location’s normal opening hours after you have received the pickup-ready notification.
