The medium-plus heat of Poppamies Barbados Hot Sauce comes from Habanero, but the burn is smooth and doesn’t linger too long. Its flavor is built with garlic, honey, mustard powder, curry, and turmeric — and despite the honey, it’s not a sweet sauce.
