Poppamies Naga Jolokia Hot Sauce — made with one of the world’s hottest chilies. Naga Jolokia is not only fiery but also incredibly flavorful — though its intense heat might make you miss that at first bite!
This sauce is intentionally made milder, so even those who aren’t extreme chiliheads can enjoy the rich flavor of the chili itself.
Still, it’s about 20 times hotter than regular Tabasco — so there’s definitely a challenge here. One of Naga Jolokia’s trademarks is its slow-building burn that can take minutes to fully kick in.
Try it with: Seafood (like shrimp), stews, burgers, spiced butters, marinades, sauces — or as a table sauce if you can handle the heat. Even great for flavoring honey!
