Swet Zhug is a modern take on the legendary green spice paste from Yemen – but in true Swet fashion, it turned into something entirely its own. The original zhug isn’t a sauce, but a fresh spice mix, and to be completely honest: they’ve never actually tasted the real thing. They just listened to stories, used their imagination… and created Brussels’ very own zhug.
