Swet Amai Red Hot Sauce 155ml

Swet Amai Red is a 100 percent organic, versatile and incredibly easy sauce that requires no thinking – it just works every time. It’s designed for everyday use, right in the middle of the dining table, for those moments when you open the fridge without a plan and just need something that makes your food better. This is also the bottle the Swet team uses the most themselves for that very reason: it’s the “lazy cook’s sauce” that saves any dish.

The flavor is gently spicy and versatile. Sweetness comes from apple, structure is provided by Belgian beer and a hint of smoke, while Habanero adds just the right kick without making the sauce heavy. Perfect for beginners, but also a favorite of seasoned cooks, as it goes with everything – pasta, wraps, sandwiches, omelettes, grilled dishes, soups, vegetables, and especially those “whatever’s in the fridge” meals.
