Soosikauppa Customer Register

Basis for Maintaining the Register

The purpose of the register is to process and archive orders from Soosikauppa customers, maintain the customer register, and manage customer relationships. The information may also be used to develop Soosikauppa\u2019s operations, provide more personalized and targeted content, and for statistical purposes. Personal data is handled in accordance with the limits set by the Personal Data Act.

The register\u2019s data is processed exclusively by Soosikauppa and is not disclosed to third parties. The information may be used for targeted email communications such as newsletters, direct marketing, remote sales, and market or opinion research. Customers have the right to prohibit the use of their data by notifying Soosikauppa\u2019s customer service at asiakaspalvelu@soosikauppa.fi<\/a> or by phone. 050 516 7885.

Phone number
Registration date
Last login time
Number of logins
Order history and order details
PostNord tracking information for orders
Customer-provided information related to the management of the customer relationship

Sources of the Register Data

The customer register collects information through registration on Soosikauppa\u2019s website and online store, as well as information provided personally by customers via phone or email.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

The customer register information is used exclusively by Soosikauppa, except for matters related to debt collection or invoicing, where the services of partners may be used. The transfer of personal data is not necessary, and the information is not disclosed to external parties or outside the European Union.

The personal data and order history of a registered user can be deleted upon request, unless legislation, outstanding invoices, or collection procedures prevent the removal of the information.

REGISTER SECURITY

The register is not disclosed to outsiders. Access to the register is limited to Soosikauppa staff involved in processing orders. The register is stored on a password-protected server, and standard technical security measures used in business operations are in place.

VERIFICATION AND CORRECTION OF REGISTER DATA

Everyone has the right to review the information stored in the customer register.
